Team Mike Haugen: Gone but not Forgotten

Our team is participating in the Run For Ribbons on May 11th in memory of our beloved Mike Haugen. Mike received a sudden and unexpected diagnosis of advanced cancer in September 2018, and passed away only 1 month later after multiple complications. He received excellent care at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, and Chaplaincy Hospice House during his short but difficult battle with cancer. He is missed every day and his memory will live on! Please join us in raising funds for our local Cancer Center Foundation, as well as walking in his memory. All are welcome to join our team and walk or run with us - Debbie and Katy will be walking the 1 mile.

What will you run for? The Tri-Cities Cancer Center Foundation’s annual Run For Ribbons is a fun 1 mile walk or 5k and 10k run. The event is a fun way to honor or remember a loved one who has battled or is battling cancer. The Run For Ribbons helps raise awareness and much needed funds for no-cost services provided to local cancer patients and their families.

The Tri-Cities Cancer Center Foundation funds a variety of no-cost services to cancer patients, their families, and the community regardless of where they are being treated. To learn more about the services they offer please visit www.tccancerfoundation.org
